Festive Bottle Table Centrepiece by Rachel Dutko

Hi everyone, I hope you are enjoying your holidays 

and getting a chance to relax!

Today I am sharing a festive table decoration for a 

Christmas/ New Years celebration.

I've been wanting to create an upcycled bottle for a while now, and with the help of some Colour Blast products I have created a festive, shimmery, glittery piece.

Firstly I gathered some supplies. 
(I thought a wine bottle would be the perfect decoration for New Years Eve!)

I painted a clean bottle with Black Heavy Gesso for a thick base.

Once that was dry I added some Colour Paste randomly with a palette knife, 
making it thick and chunky for some texture.
I used Steel, Just Blue and Deep Water.

Then it was on with some White Heavy Gesso and lots of glitter.

To add even more sparkle I added some Snow White Colour Paste and  
Snow White Colour Shimmer Spray.

Then once it was all dry I could add some 

embellishments and some gold foil Thickers.

All ready for a party!!!
