To The Moon and Back with Belinda Spencer

 Hello Bee Arty fans!

It's Belinda here today to share my latest layout for Bee Arty featuring the stunning NEW Embrace Change collection by Fiona Paltridge.

To start my layout I cropped a sheet of the Gathering patterned paper to my preferred size and mounted on a cropped sheet of the fabulous 350gsm white cardstock. I then spritzed the page with Road Base Colour Blast Colour Spray and water. I played around with the colour on the page letting it drip down the layout. I also removed the nozzle from the bottle and flicked some of the Road Base over the page.

Once the page was fully dry, I then added stencilling using the gorgeous Cascading Leaves A5 Stencil and Stormy Weather Colour Blast Colour Paste.

I set the page aside to dry before adding some stamping using Jet Black Archival Ink with a stamp from the Say It Stamp Set. I added another layer of stencilling using the That Way A5 Stencil with Snow White Colour Paste.

Here you can see the awesome shimmer and shine from the Snow White Colour Paste. I love it!

And here is my finished layout.

I added lots of fussy cut flowers and leaves from the Embrace Change patterned papers as well as some pretty butterflies. I die cut the Grungy Filmstrip from the 350gsm white cardstock and added it behind a piece of the patterned paper. I also used the Autumn Trio dies to cut some leafy twigs from the patterned paper.

I cut the title and quote from the patterned papers too.

Moments Like These by Belinda Spencer

 Hello Bee Arty fans!

It's Belinda with you today to share my latest layout for Bee Arty featuring the stunning NEW Embrace Change Collection by Fiona Paltridge.

I started this layout by cropping a sheet of patterned paper from the Embrace Change collection and adding it to some of the fabulous 350gsm white cardstock. I spritzed on some Love Colour Spray, spritzed with a little water and played around with it, letting it drip down the page, until I was happy with the coverage. I dried it off with a heat gun.

Next I used the brand new Rosewood Colour Paste with the Cascading Leaves A5 Stencil from the Embrace Change collection and then dried with the heat gun again letting the paste bubble a little for extra texture.

I added some stamping using Ranger Archival Ink  and the Say It and Watermark Stamps

Next I added my paper layers cropped from patterned papers in the Embrace Change Collection along with die cuts using the Web, Old Leaves and String Wreath Dies. I added some fussy cut leaves and flowers that I coloured using Life of Colour Watercolour Pens and Aged Mahogany Distress Ink.

Finally I added my title and remaining embellishments.

Beautiful by Belinda Spencer

 Hello Bee Arty fans!!

It's Belinda here with you today to share my layout inspired by the Jun Sketch Challenge and featuring the stunning NEW Embrace Change collection by Fiona Paltridge.

I was so excited to play with this new range and I am totally in love with it. I started my layout by cropping a piece of the awesome 350gsm heavy white cardstock and mounting on a sheet of patterned paper from the range.
I mixed up a solution of Candy and Midnight Colour Shimmer Dusts with water and painted onto the layout after spritzing with water. I flicked some of the colour over the page too and then set aside to dry.

Next I added some stencilling with the Rhythm A5 Stencil and the NEW Rosewood Colour Paste.

I chopped up a few of the patterned papers from the Embrace Change Collection as well as the Fearless Brave and Free range to create lots of layers as per the fabulous sketch for this month. I added a flap of white cardstock with photos on the front that lifts up to reveal more photos underneath. I used a stamp from the Embrace Change Say It Stamp Set with Jet Black Archival Ink to add some more interest to the background.

Here's a reminder of the awesome sketch:

Here you can see the photos under the flap.

Next I fussy cut a whole lot of gorgeous images from the patterned paper and arranged in two clusters on the layout. I added the title and a quote cut from the Poetry patterned paper from the range.

I finished by adding some journaling under the flap about what an awesome kid this girl of mine is.

Happy Times by Belinda Spencer

 Hello Bee Arty fans!

It's Belinda here today to share with you my latest layout created for Bee Arty and featuring the stunning Grateful Heart collection.

Here I have mixed some of the Duke Colour Shimmer Dust with some water in a small bowl and have tested the colour in a spare art journal that I keep by my desk for this purpose.

I cropped a piece of the Faith patterned paper from the Grateful Heart collection and mounted it onto some of the awesome 350gsm White Cardstock. I spritzed it with a little water and dropped in the Duke Shimmer Dust. I spritzed with more water and played around with it on the page until I had a good coverage. Then I set aside the page to dry.

I added a doily to the page and then fussy cut the gorgeous floral design from another sheet of the Faith patterned paper. I painted the flowers with the Duke Shimmer Dust and water mix and let dry. I used a 1mm White Life of Colour Paint Pen to add some sketchy lines to the flowers.

I cropped some patterned papers from the range, layered together and added to the page. I also fussy cut a birdcage and bird, painted with the Duke/water mix and added to the layout.

I used a paint brush to apply some of the Duke/water mix to a flower stamp from the Floral Delights 1 Clear Stamp Set and stamped on an extra piece of the white cardstock. Once dry, I fussy cut and slipped in and under the patterned paper stack.

And here is the completed layout.

I die cut a Postage Stamp frame and some leaves using a die from the Leaves of Paradise die set and coloured them using the Duke/water mix and added to the page once dry. I finished with some more fussy cut leaves, a flower and some words.

Here's what I used:
- Blessed
- Collection Bonus Sheet
- Faith
- Together

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today. I hope you find some time to get creative with some fabulous Bee Arty products too.

Dream Big with Belinda Spencer

Hello Bee Arty fans!!

It's Belinda here today to share my latest layout featuring some stunning Bee Arty products.

To start my layout, I cropped a sheet of the stunning Fearless Brave and Free Chance paper and mounted on the heavy weight white cardstock for extra sturdiness.
I then mixed up some Snow White Colour Paste with 2 drops of Slipper Colour Artist Ink and 1 drop of Citrus Ink. I applied my concoction using a palette knife with the That Way A5 Stencil.

Check out this angle shot to see the gorgeous sparkle of the Colour Paste. Love it!

Next I fussy cut a bunch of images from the Follow Your Dreams Possibility patterned paper. I also added a little of each of the Colour Artist Inks onto an acrylic stamping block and spritzed with water. I stamped a couple of leaves into the ink mixture and then applied onto an extra piece of the white cardstock for a watercolour effect stamped image. Once dry, I fussy cut the leaves too. TIP: Add double sided tape to the back of the image to be fussy cut first then once it's cut out you have an instant sticker. This saves messing around with glue!

I added some messy thread to the layout next followed by a cropped piece from the Follow Your Dreams Seeker patterned paper. I inked the edges of the cropped piece using Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide.

Finally, I assembled all of my bits and pieces on my page including my photo. I also fussy cut the feathers from the Possibility paper as well as some quotes from the Seeker paper.

Here's what I used:
- Citrus
- Slipper

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today. I hope you find some time to play with your awesome Bee Arty goodies too.
