You Make Me So Happy by Tracey Campbell

Hello everyone,

Happy New Year and I hope 2021 is better to you than 2020 was.

I am so excited to be back for another year sharing my love of Colour Blast and Bee Arty with you all. For my first Creative Team share for the year I have pulled out my leftovers from the Grateful Hearts collection, I love how the Bee Arty kits just keep going and going. I have created 6 layouts from this collection so far and still have more to use.

Anyhoo onto my creation, You Make Me So Happy.

An older photo of my oldest daughter, Bronte.

Fussy cut the floral and foliage from the Love pattern paper, with two birds from the extra cut a parts sheet and a strip of pokadots.  Mat a landscape photo with navy blue cardstock and put to the side.
It's time for some embossing, use a clear embossing ink through the cross hatching image of the "Lined" stencil and heat with a heat gun. I mixed Singing the Blues and Stormy Weather embossing powders mixed together to create a one off dark blue/grey colour.
Next stamp the circles/bubbles from the "Bokeh" stamp set with embossing ink onto the patterned paper, sprinkle with the mixed embossing powered, pour off the excess and set with the heat gun.
Using the Colour Blast Pan Water Colour Paint set colour the floral and foliage with blues, greens and a touch of pink water colours on the Heart pattern paper and when dry fussy cut images out.
Using double sided tape to adhere the photo and poker-dot strip as shown below.
Using 3 Dimensional tape adhere the fussy cut floral and foliage to the page. Next use some glossy  accent liquid to adhere some small clear micro beads for texture.
Here is a close up of the beads. Add a title and journalling to finish off the layout.
This is the finished layout, I love how the Grateful Hearts collection is so flexible that you can use it for a wide variety of subjects..... from cute kiddie photos, to true love photos or even staying home with loved ones.
Thanks for popping in and following along with my creation, don't forget to visit the shop and pick up some of the wonderful products in store.

Hugs
Tracey
