Trendsetter Tags by Tracy Jackson

                                                               Morning Bee Arty Fans

Hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas, got spoilt with heaps of crafty goodness. Today I have my last DT project of 2020

In preparation for Christmas and New Year, knowing I have a few days off I decided to do a small order from the Bee Arty Store. I picked out paper from different collections which had cutouts included

So over the next few months Im going to create projects that showcase the range of beautiful paper collection Paige has in her shop

Starting with paper collection Trendsetter created by Michelle Grant which has stunning Purples and Blues

I didn't have any tags on hand, so made my own just using a Manilla folder

Picked out the paper I wanted to tear and glue down with a glue stick

I also wanted to add a bit more interest by adding a music strip, making sure I distressed all the edges first

Finally added the focal point. I repeated this quick, easy but effective process 2 more times which you can see in photos below

                                                                           Second Tag

Third Tag

Quick easy simple project to do over the Christmas break if you manage to get an hour to play.

See you all in the New Year
Happy crafting

A little step back in time with Ros Aggett-Madley

After two and a half years as a Design Team Member for Colour Blast/Bee Arty I have decided to step down.

For my post today I am sharing with you some of my favourite projects.  I've popped the link underneath each pic where you can find step by steps for how these have been created.

"Time Flies but Memories Last Forever" by Anita Enright

Hi Guys

My share today is of a double layout that I created using the gorgeous TIME FLIES range designed by Michelle Grant.  It is such a wonderful range to work with and the colours in the kit magnificent.

Here are a couple of closeups of each individual page.

The one thing I really love about the new ranges from Bee Arty is that they have now created papers that can be used together to create double pages.  I
n this range they are called "Tick" and "Tock", how cool is that 😁

The coordinating mixed media that comes with the kits is the "Espresso" Mica Powder and "Peacock" Shimmer Dust. I used both of these on the pages and it just makes it all pop.

To add texture to the background I used both the "Tic Toc" metal die and the "Riveted" A4 stencil from the collection.  There are two stamps sets in the collection "Time Flies" which has the zipper bees that I stamped on the background and also "Metal Plates" which I also stamped on the background patterned papers. Wording used on the pages came from the "Curious" patterned paper and the cogs and hinges came from the "Collection" sheet from the paper collection pack.

Check out some closeups of my layout.

All products used were from the TIME FLIES collection.  Pop on over to check everything out.

As we are in the lead up to Christmas this week, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of Bee Arty's crafting family a wonderful Christmas and safe start to 2021.
Let's all hope 2021 is a ripper of a year.

Take care everyone..... until next time....

Mixed Media Layout- Soccer Star II Chrissi Mannix

Hello Lovelies
Chrissi here today with a mixed media layout.
It's been a while since I have done a layout, focusing on Art Journalling lately instead.
I also decided to use something I havent used in a while aswell- Colour Paste.

I started by using the Road Base Colour Spray on my background. I used the All The Way Stamp Set with some black archival ink to add some interest to my background.
To make my background really pop, I used the a4 That Way  Stencil and Fire Engine  Colour Paste. I love how this turnde out. The staars really pop from the road base colour spreay.

I have avideo of my process ig you would like to see the page come together.

Thanks for stopping by
Happy Scrapping
Chrissi
