Celebrate by Charmane Koch

Hello Everyone! Hope you are well on this lovely day today!

Today I wanted to share more details of a layout I have created using the Whispering Woods papers & a few other Bee Arty products - dies, paste & Mica Powder!

There's a little video over on the Bee Arty Hive if you want to go to check it out!

I started off by applying Sienna Colour Paste through the Whitewash A4 stencil from the Raspberry Fizz Collection - this would have to be my favourite Colour Paste Colour... isn't it just magnificent?

I also cut out some flowers from the Forest Favourites Die that I tucked behind my photos and Magnolia patterned paper

I grabbed the Sienna Mica Powder mixed with water to colour my Chipboard word...

& then used a Mini Mister with a few scoops of Sienna Mica Powder & water and sprayed the mini doily and soaked up the excess with a piece of Muslin...

You can see the piece of Muslin in the image below...

Of course, I couldn't resist adding a couple of my Charms Creations Hearts to finish of the layout!

The Bee Arty goodies I have used:

There was another paper - but I think it has SOLD OUT!

As you can see, It's quite easy to mix and match Bee Arty Collections to come up with something different!

I am just in LOVE with the Sienna Colour - Paste or Mica Powder & love there is so many ways you can use the Mixed Media products!

Thanks again for popping by & hope I've inspired you to "BEE ARTY"

XO Charm

Hello & Happy Birthday Lovely... by Charmane Koch

 Hello & Happy Monday Everyone!

Today I wanted to share with you a layout I have created using some of the NEW Raspberry Fizz Collection! This Garden Fence paper would definitely be my favourite paper from this Collection - and I need more of it! Love the florals - so pretty!

I know the page looks quite busy, but I do love how it somehow all works well together - and happy to be creating a multi photo layout too!

How perfect is the "Happy Birthday" from the "Let's Party" paper?

I also stamped the Spring Flowers onto the White Pickets paper, then cut them out.

I am in love with this Forest Favourites Die at the moment - I've been cutting a few out using different papers & you will see them on a few layouts I have been creating lately - I think it matches well with the Raspberry Fizz Collection too! I've added a Flair that I grabbed at Retreat - you can find Assorted Flairs HERE!

And here is another closeup where I've overlapped another of the Spring Flowers stamps on top of the Charms Creations Big Love Hessian Heart. I have also used a Word Sheet cut apart  - did you notice?

Here are the Bee Arty goodies I have used:

Hope I've inspired you to get out that Raspberry Fizz Collection if you haven't already!
Happy Creating everyone!

XO Charmane

Roses and Iris's - With Karyn Schultz!

 Hi Bee Arty Lovelies!

It's Karyn here and today I have a scrapbook page to share with you made using products from the new Fireworks collection from Bee Arty

I was inspired by the colours of the February mood-sketch challenge.

I created a background on 350gsm Heavy White Cardstock by painting an 18cmx18cm square using Grape Colour Spray mixed with water in a paint palate and a large flat brush. I've created an ombre effect being darker at the bottom and lighter at the top.

I mixed 4-6 drops of Grape Colour Spray with 1-2 tablespoons of heavy gloss gel then used a palate knife to apply through the Fireworks stencil from the Fireworks collection.

I applied more of the Grape / gloss gel through the star section of the Fireworks stencil in the top right and bottom left sides of the page.

Once dry I added splatters of Grape Colour Spray.

 Here is my completed page.

My photos are 7cmx7cm including a white border. I've matted these with 8cmx8cm Sparkles paper from the Fireworks collection then adhered to the page. I've used diecuts from the grass die from the Forest Favourites metal die set and the Sweet Floral metal die. All die cuts are created using 250gsm white cardstock and are painted using the Grape Colour Spray.

I've used words cut from the Colourful paper from the Fireworks collection and alpha stamps from the Uppercase stamp set. Lastly I've outlined my page using a fine black Life of Colour paint pen.

Thanks so much for stopping by

Whispering Woods paper collection designed by Sue Smyth.

Use the Fairy Dell 12x12” scrapbooking paper as background.

Leafy Borders clear stamp set Stamp the leaf and flowers border stamps across the top of the background paper.  Apply texture paste mixed with Mica powder – Forest through the branches in the Forest Whisper A4 stencil, allow to dry.

Add lavender paint splatters over the background page.

Cover an White Cardstock A4 with leaf stamp from Celebrate Nature clear stamp set.  Spray the stamped cardstock using Forest Mica powder with water, allow to dry.  Fussy cut the stamped images.

Fussy cut the flowers from the Magnolia 12x12” scrapbooking paper and adhere the cut shapes around the top of the page along with the coloured leaf shapes.

Cut a length of muslin cloth, distress the edges of the cloth to loosen the threads.  Adhere the muslin on three corners with matt medium.

Run the Forest Favourites metal die through the die cut machine using the Imagery 12x12” scrapbooking paper (3-4 cuts)

Adhere (spot glue) the grass die cut shapes along the bottom of the page, arrange the gnomes, snail and mushrooms and adhere these between the grass.

Mix Rosewood Mica powder into texture paste, apply paste through the Fairy Wings A5 stencil onto White Cardstock A4 .  While still wet dust over the stencilled image with more Rosewood Mica powder (like you were adding embossing powder, then tap off excess onto paper).  Fussy cut the textured wings from the card (1 piece).

Run the Fairy Magic - Metal Die through die-cut machine using silver foil card for wings (3) and the fairy using lavender foil card.  Assemble the fairies using x-press it double sided tape 6mm.

Fussy cut several bugs (beetles and butterflies), mushrooms, gnomes snail etc from the Imagery 12x12” scrapbooking paper.

Adhere the beetles and butterflies around the page and onto the muslin.

Adhere sequins around the page.  Add some to the fairies also.

Add the sentiment in black pen, highlight the words in lavender pen also.

I hope this project has inspired you to take advantage of this beautiful new collection and I look forward to seeing what you are able to create using this collection.

Until next time ... happy creating1
