Fabulous by Tracey Campbell

Hello everyone, today I am sharing a simple layout with you using a few bits and pieces from a mix of ranges. This is a great way to mix and match what scraps you may have left over from your stash.
First fussy cut some flowers, I picked this one from the Fabulous paper in the Trendsetter range.
Tear the top off a 12x12 sheet of paper, I used the B side of Progress from the Art Farty range. Adhere it to a contrasting pieces of paper and tear it off so a thin strip is peeking out from underneath it. Adhere both papers to a 12x12 piece of cardstock.
Using some gel medium or glossy accents and a palette knife spread it over the top of the Sparkle Stencil.
In this photo you can see the positioning of where I have applied the small flowers from the Sparkle Stencil. Let it dry completely.
Spray some Sunshine Colour Shimmer Srap over the dried gel medium flower images.
While the Shimmer Spray is still wet place some plastic packaging over it and spray around, lift and repeat a few times to get a random layer of Shimmer Spray across the page.
Here is how the Sunshine Colour Shimmer Spray looks spread out over the stencilled flowers. Leave to dry.
Once dry spray small amounts of Singin The Blues Colour Shimmer Spray across the page. Leave to dry.
Using the small flower bunch stamp from the All Class Stamp set and some purple ink, stamp the flowers on the page. I placed mine so that the flowers would peek out from under where I will place the photo.
Cut the fussy cut flowers into smaller pieces so that the can be distributed around the page. In this photo you can see how I have cut them up and positioned them on the page. Adhere with a good glue as it can be difficult keeping paper stuck down on top of mixed mediums.
Lastly add the photo, a tirle and journalling. A simple page that is fun to create.

Thanks for stopping in and I hope I inspired you to try to mix up the ranges.

Happy scrapping.
Tracey
