A Masculine Card by Anguree Jansen van Rensburg

Hello dear friends

I'm back on the blog today sharing a card I made. We all love our flowers and feminine cards but sometimes we have the need to create something for one of the boys in our lives. Go grab a cuppa and see how I approached this sometimes daunting task.

Cut 2 matching panels of patterned paper measuring 5.5 x3.5 and 4x6 inches.

Add some Stormy Weather  Colour Paste through a stencil and dry.

Layer some griptape strips and washi tape over your card background.

Choose your chipboard pieces and emboss with 2 layers of Colour Embossing Powder. I first embossed using Charcoal and repeated this by using Steel.

Adhere your choice of embellishments and sentiments and distress the edges of both layers before adhering them to another. Matt onto a folded card blank.

Done, quick and easy. I hope you enjoyed this post with me and hope you visit us again for more inspiration by my fellow design team members.

Till next time have fun creating.

Xxxx
