You are Loved II Chrissi Mannix

 Hello Lovelies

Chrissi here, and today I am playing with the Untangle Collection.

I tend to use white cardstock alot, soplaying with the Pattern Paper in this collection was very different for me. Because I couldn't help myself, I started with some white texture paste and the Boxed In stencil.

Then I added some of my favourite Calypso Artist Ink. I love the way the ink moves around the texture paste. Such a great effect with very little effort.

I layered my photo on more of the pattern paper, then used the Cut a part sheet to embellish and also add my title. I loved working with this Pattern paper- So my style.

Untangle Products I have Used-

Tangled 12x12 Paper

Embrace 12x12 Paper

Mantra 12x12 Paper

If you would like to see how I put the layout together, check out the video on Youtube.

Happy Scrapping

"Blooming into a Woman" by Anita Enright

Hi Everyone

I wanted to share with you a layout I created using Colour Blast by Bee Arty's Trendsetter collection.  I love these papers due to the colour combinations of blues and purples. Michelle Grant again designed a gorgeous collection.

Over the patterned paper I added some background stenciling.  I added some colour to my medium using the Passion Shimmer Dust to use with several stencils including the Croquis #2 stencil from the collection.  The Passion shimmer dust was also used to colour a couple of feathers and a couple of lace flowers.  I also coloured a further couple of lace flowers using some Oasis Artist Ink. Using some Embossing Powder in Lovely Lilac and Just Blue to colour the title.

Thanks for stopping by. Until next time - keep creating.

Be Bold- By Tanya Froud

Hi Guys Tanya Here!
Today I am sharing a scrapbook page with you,
Products used are...
-Artist Inks (Slipper and Soot)
-Color Paste (Stormy Weather)
-Three Six Five papers
-Untangle Flower Die
-Flower Power
-Imprinted A5 stencil
- Making your Mark stamp

I wanted a striking simple color scheme for this layout, choosing a hot pink and black color scheme. The Color paste I had were no quite the right color so I added a few drops of Soot ink to the stormy weather paste, and mixed fully, and made black color paste.

I then dragged this through the Imprinted stencil and let dry.
Once dry I then smooshed some Artist inks onto the page, by dripping the ink onto the packaging then pressing it down to the page.
I then dried it fully.
Next I stamped randomly with some texture stamps, "Making your Mark"

Then it was time to add photos embellishments and fussy cut some bits from the Untangle cut apart.

Thanks for stopping by!

Cheeky Pup by Michelle Henderson

Hi all, I'm back with a scrapbook page again, this is one I started the background for a while ago, but never finished - but I always come back to them eventually!

Here's a teaser for you 😁

I started by using my palette knife and silicon brush to spread some (a lot!) of Colour Paste in Singing the Blues over one corner and dragging it down. I wanted to add some Deep Water also so I made that a little heavier towards the top.

Next, I grabbed a texture stamp, and stamped into the paste, then on to the card to extend the colour.

Look how cool that is!

When that was dry (a few months later haha) I then got out some embellies - I coated the chipboard stars first with Heavy White Gesso, and then two coats of Snow White Colour Embossing Powder.

I had some watercolour paper diecuts, so I used Colour Shimmer Dust in Peacock and Candy to colour those...

I also painted some of the Peacock on the bottom corner, plus a little in the very top left corner.

Time to put it all together, add a few bits and pieces, and -

Thanks for visiting today!

All Grown Up by Michelle Henderson

I've just seen my baby off to another city to live - she's now 18 and starting Uni, so I've been reflecting on things...it's just so hard to believe she's old enough!!

At least I have more time to scrap!

I thought I'd do a little free style today, to get me back into the swing of things...and flowers being one of my favourite things that's what I started with.

I got out my Colour Artist Inks, and with Slipper thinned right down, painted some loose circles.

I went over them again in a messy spiral with slightly more concentrated Slipper.

Once they were dry, I used some Bordeaux to give more depth.

I did the same process with the leaves, using two different concentrations of Grass, and then a little Mermaid for highlights. I also spattered lightly near the flowers.

For detailing, I used a .3 Uni pen to scribble the flowers and leaves, plus a little at the bottom (I did this later) where I was placing a second cluster.

Time to add the photo and embellies!

Thanks for joining me today 😃

Limited Edition, by Ros Aggett-Madley

Hi there. So happy you're joining me today for some Colour Blast love.

My page started with a little Colour Shimmer Dust in Midnight.  I've mixed this in with a bit of water and washed it across my page.  I also did a few splatters with the leftover mix.

Once this has dried I've taken some circle templates (bottle lids) and used these to stamp with some Black Heavy Gesso and White Heavy Gesso.

I have mixed water and Colour Shimmer Dust Paris and water coloured this onto the parts of the circles that are on the white card stock.

The circles on the midnight background have then been coloured with the Paris mix.  I let each one sit for a while and then using some paper towel, lifted the remaining colour.

This has left a nice shimmery dark teal shade on the background.

You have to keep using clean sections of paper towel.  Otherwise you just end up transferring the colour instead of lifting it.

I've then used some paste with Colour Blast Stencil, That Way by Michelle Grant.

Popped on some messy journaling.

Added some cotton, gems and a title.

♥

Hope you've been inspired.
