Hello everyone. Lately I've been trying to scrap outside my colour comfort zone, so this time I've gone with a way brighter pink than I would ever use.
To begin with I spread Heavy White Gesso
Once the Gesso was dry I dropped some Slipper Artist Ink onto it then sprayed some water over it. Then dried it with a heat gun, pooling the ink for effect. The first layer was a little light so I added more layers.
For my chipboard flourishes I used my finger to tap on some Rose Petal & Apple Of My Eye Colour Paste then sprinkled some corresponding glitter while still wet.
Tried to get a good photo but the pink came out a bit dark.
Using the Rose Petal Colour Paste I spread it through a stencil.
Using my finger I spread Heavy White Gesso around my photo.
I watered down some Heavy White Gesso before splattering it around.
I sprayed a few white flowers with Rose Petal & Apple Of My Eye Colour Shimmer Sprays.
I painted my chipboard with Heavy White Gesso then sprinkled glitter over it while still wet.
I decided to keep my embellishments fairly simple.
Here's a few close ups.
Thanks for looking.
xxx Suzy
