I'm back on the blog today sharing a layout with a little bit of positive self talk. It's so easy to doubt yourself, critisize and compare yourself to others rather than enjoying what you do. So today I would like to encourage you to just play and enjoy your art. I would like to remind you of the real reason why we do this. Yes we do this because we love it and because it makes us happy.
I started of spraying a acrylic sheet with water and added the tiniest amount of Duke Colour Shimmer Dust with a paint brush. You really need only a few specs. The colour is very intense and you can test it on a scrap piece of paper to determine if that is the colour you desire. Stamp the acrylic onto watercolor cardstock and dry.
Stamp randomly with stamps of your choice.
Add some Snow White Colour Paste through a stencil. Note how it dies translucent and shimmery.
Choose your embellishments and chipboard.
Adhere all embellishments and in the end a couple of bling dots.
